Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the face of Techrise — meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting our solutions, and closing deals. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social media)
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to showcase Techrise's solutions and services
  • Understand client business requirements and map them to our ERP, web, mobile, and hosting solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue targets using the CRM system

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, ERP solutions, or technology consulting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Hindi/Urdu speaking candidates are strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based structure
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar enterprise software
  • Experience selling to SMEs in the Middle East market
  • Arabic language skills (a plus, not required)
  • Existing network of business contacts in UAE
